|  | Brian J. BennerMr. Benner has extensive experience in trial practice and litigation. In devoting his entire legal practice to serious personal injury work, he tries to get a just result for his clients and their families and to reduce injuries and improve safety. He is licensed to practice law in all Michigan state and federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court and the District of Columbia. Mr. Benner is a prolific writer whose articles have appeared in various publications including the International Bar News and the Michigan Bar Journal. Mr. Benner is a frequent guest speaker for various organizations such as the American Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, American Association for Justice, the Detroit Bar Association and Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD).
